Bezaubernde Stimmen und mystische Klänge
Das Repertoire der beiden jungen Musikerinnen basiert auf Internationalität. Sie wählen ihre Stücke aus verschiedenen Ländern, wie z.B. Amerika, Irland, Schottland, Spanien, Frankreich und dem Gebiet um den Balkan. Dementsprechend entstammt das Liedgut verschiedenen Musikrichtungen, denen sich die Interpretinnen auf ihre ganz eigene Weise nähern. Dabei liegt ein weiteres Augenmerk bei der Auswahl der Stücke auf den Texten, die oft an die Verantwortung und den Respekt der Menschen sich selbst und der Natur gegenüber appellieren.
Traditionelle und moderne Lieder - ganz unkonventionell mit Dudelsack, Drehleier, Harfe, diversen Flöten, Gitarre, Geige, Keyboard, Bass und Gambe arrangiert - laden zum fröhlichen Mitmachen, aber auch zum Nachdenken ein. Die Musik klingt dementsprechend nicht alltäglich, wie aus dem Radio, sondern hat ihren ganz eigenen Klang und Charme.
Enchanting voices and a mystical sound
The repertoire of the two young musicians is based on internationality. They choose their songs from different countries: the US, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, France and the Balkans. That is why the songs come from various genres of music which the interprets approach in their own style. The songs are chosen with special care concerning the texts which often remind the audience of the responsibility and respect that mankind has to pay to every human being and to nature.Traditional and modern songs - unconventionally arranged with bagpipes, hurdy-gurdy, harp, various flutes, guitar, violin, keyboard, electric bass and bass viol - invite to join in the music, but to reflection as well. Accordingly, the music doesn't have an everyday sound but her own timbre and charm.
Des voix enchantantes et des sons mystérieux
Le répertoire des jeunes musiciennes est appuyé sur internationalité. Elles choisissent leurs partitions des différents pays comme les Etats-Unis, l'Irlande, l'Ecosse, l'Espagne, la France et les Balkans. C'est la raison pourquoi les chansons ont leur origine dans des diverses genres de musique desquels les musiciennes s'approchent de leur propre manière. Les chansons sont choisies avec attention quant aux textes qui en appellent souvent à la responsabilité et au respect des êtres humains pour chaque individu et la nature. Des chansons traditionelles et modernes - de manière peu conventionnelle recomposées pour des cornemuses, la vielle, la harpe, plusieurs flûtes, la guitare, le violon, le clavier, la basse et la basse de viole - invitent à participer à la musique ou à y songer. La musique ne résonne pas au quotidien, mais elle a son propre son et charme.
